We endeavor to produce grass fed/finished pastured meats that are raised responsibly, unparalleled in flavor and tenderness, and affordable to the hard working men and women of the Great Lakes region.

About Us

The Stand Fast seed was planted in my heart as a young man in awe of the beauty of the natural world and how it functions. I was born with a love for beef cattle and sought a way to combine my love for cattle with my love of the wilderness. I feel blessed to now be able to share these passions with not only my family and friends, but also my community.

Our Products

We raise 100% grass fed beef and lamb, as well as pastured chicken and turkey fed organic no soy grain. Our cattle consist of English breeds which include Black Angus, Red Angus, Hereford and Red Devon. These breeds excel in efficient conversion of forage to well marbled meat. Our sheep are a cross between Katadin and Barbados. We are 100% grass fed from birth to finish. Our pastures and hay fields are a diverse mix of grasses, legumes, and forbs with some wooded areas in the pasture. We also sell chicken throughout the summer and turkey is available for a fresh Thanksgiving dinner. None of our meat is from animals that ever received any added hormones or antibiotics. We do not use any pesticides or herbicides.
