Grass Fed Beef

Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our butcher is Animal Welfare Approved and our beef is dry aged for 7-9 days. Because of the way we raise our beef, it is more than just protein—it is a nutrient dense source of Omega-3 fatty acids, DHA, CLA, and Vitamin E. Pasture Raised Chicken

We raise Cornish Cross chickens on pasture in a movable Salatin style chicken tractor moving the tractor at least twice per day. We feed No Soy Organic grain in addition to the available forage and insects the chickens eat. Care is taken to ensure the chickens are not injured from predators or each other such as can happen in overcrowded conditions. We do not use hormones or antibiotics in raising our chicken.

Pastured turkeY

Our turkeys are raised on the pasture and receive no added hormones or antibiotics. It is important to us to create a safe environment where our critters can exhibit their natural instincts and get most of their diet from the green grass around them.
